I love Andy's this time of year especially. I've been to many locations, and this one has given me the best service. (Suffice it to say, I've had great service at all of them.) If you love apple pie and ice cream, you have to get the Apple Pie concrete! I love adding caramel as well. The Ooey Gooey is delicious too, but I swap out the almonds for pretzels instead. It makes for a great salty, sweet treat. (Add peanut butter to that if you wanna go for extra richness!) Andy's is great, and I love that service is personalized in that you aren't yelling through a drive thru speaker. You talk to the person directly. Even on busy nights, they're pretty sufficient and friendly.

Andy's always exceeds my expectations. The custard is served fresh and never leaves me unsatisfied. This location was not busy when I went, and I was able to walk right up and order my jackhammer. I highly recommend this location for their friendly service and great atmosphere.

Stopped here yesterday after having some Canes for my first meal of the day. Immediately when I walked up towards the building a very pleasant young man greeted me. I ordered a small vanilla custard sundae, with Crushed pineapples, Strawberries, and Peanuts. Now my first sundae was filled up to the top but the peanuts were whole not not crunchy looking peanuts that appear in my photo. I should've just taken the original sundae that was prepared first and just asked for the crunchy peanuts. This second sundae was not worth $8 and a tip. I know going forward I have to be SPECIFIC even though that should be a question the person taking my order should ask the customer before just preparing whatever they choose to. Especially if there’s different options to choose from. I'll still stop at this location whenever I'm in The Colony, TX. area

Andy’s is as solid as their concrete frozen. Quick service and nice selection of St Louis style frozen custard. Has a 1950s feel to the stand and if in the Colony it is a must stop.

Terrible customer service from very large male employee. Stared at us instead of greeting us and when we asked do you greet customers he replied, I just wait for them to talk to me. Wow. This is not the first time we had bad customer service at Andy's at several locations. We probably won't be going here again. Lost a family of customers.

I love Andy’s however when I came to this location, I had two pieces of maybe plastic in my Apple Pie Concrete. Literally had to hawk it out the back of my throat..
